When can I get my order delivered?

We deliver orders 7 days a week. All deliveries will be taken care of our sellers directly to make it seamless and quick to reach you on time.

Can I get delivery the same day?

Yes, based on the type of order we deliver your orders the same day. Submit your order before 3:00 am for delivery between 5:00 am and 10:00 am. Submit your order before 3:00 pm for delivery between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, this is based on the type of item and seller's minimum qty threshold value to fulfill the requirement.

How much is the Delivery Charge?

Based on item and location of delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be carefully delivered by our trained Delivery team with the help of our sellers.

Why should I shop online?

The primary benefit is your convenience. Families with children, who are busy, can do online shopping so that you can spend more time together elsewhere, which is more fun and entertaining. You can order from home and receive it at your door, from a friendly delivery team.

I want to shop. How do I start?

Select the items you would like to shop by clicking "Add to Cart", which is under each item. Choose the size/quantity. Proceed to Checkout. Register with us, by entering your contact details. Choose the delivery method, payment info and review your order. If you have forgotten an item, you can edit your cart and then place your order.

Can I find all the products online that I buy in my local store?

You would find nearly the same selection you might find in your local store. If there are any products we have missed to display, please let us know.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?

Not necessary. But someone at your home, over the age of 18 must be present to accept delivery of your online order. We would like you to ensure your order quality and so we don't leave deliveries unattended.

How do I pay for my order?

Choose any of the payment gateway to make payment online at the time of placing an order, you can pay via net banking or IMPS.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Occasionally, we may run out of an item. We would try our best to make it available to you on the website, within a day.
